This course provides a platform for advanced problem-solving and engagement with external stakeholders. Students collaborate in transdisciplinary teams across authentic projects, encompassing not-for-profit, government, industry, and university sectors. Design knowledge and skills are extended through real-world projects requiring demonstration and application of critical thinking, adaptability, ethical practice, and professional conduct. Teams conduct research, frame and address transdisciplinary problems, and creatively resolve them in collaboration with peers and stakeholders. Peer review processes are integrated throughout the semester. Additionally, students compile and professionally present an individual portfolio showcasing their design and related works completed during their studies.
