-
Graduates with no background in accounting. Courses avaliable in the Certificate allow students to study concepts and techniques in accounting and how these are applied, without the need to enrol in a full degree.
-
Graduates with prior accounting studies who wish to develop more advanced skills and knowledge in accounting without enrolling in a full Masters program.
-
Graduates with prior accounting studies who need up to four more courses to fully satisfy the admission requirements of CPA Australia, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, or the Institute of Public Accountants.
Single degree
- This degree requires 24 units
- There are two study plans, one for students without any prior accounting studies and one for students with prior accounting studies
About this degree
In a Graduate Certificate in Accounting you must complete four courses (24 units).
Enrolment Status
This program must be undertaken part-time (for students with non-accounting background). Students with an accounting background must follow Study Plan B and can study part-time (domestic students only) or full-time. International students must always be enrolled in 24 units (4 courses) which is a full-time load.
If you intend to study on a part time basis (domestic students only), you must enrol in first and second semester courses. You are able to change your enrolment until the end of week 2 of each semester.
