Program Requirements
The Master of International Management requires the completion of 96 units, which must consist of:
48 units from completion of the following compulsory courses:

Admission Requirements
An Australian Bachelor Degree with an average mark of at least 65% or international equivalent.
All applicants must meet the University’s English Language Admission Requirements for Students
Applicants with a Bachelor degree in a cognate discipline may be eligible for 24 units (1 semester) of credit.
Applicants with a Graduate Diploma or Honours in a cognate discipline may be eligible for 48 units (2 semesters) of credit.
Applicants with relevant work experience may be eligible for 24 units (1 semester) of credit.
Applicants with a Graduate Certificate or equivalent professional/executive training such as a pre-masters program, in a cognate discipline may be eligible for 24 units (1 semester) of credit.
The maximum credit that may be granted for a combination of cognate study and relevant work experience is 48 units (2 semesters).

Graduates of the Master of International Management acquire advanced knowledge and skills for professional or highly skilled managerial work in the global economy. The knowledge acquired from completion of this degree is both theoretical and applied in the international business and management disciplines. Graduates will have an understanding of recent developments in these disciplines and the associated professional practice. In particular graduates will understand the evidence base for international managerial practice: the relationship between theory and applied knowledge and the research from which it emerges.
The Program allows students to take six electives, in a wide range of fields, including languages, internships, and other courses from many Schools across the ANU campus. Students also have the option of undertaking specialisations in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Marketing and Project Management.

6 units from completion of courses from the following list:

Enrolment Status
It is possible to enrol in fewer than 24 units per semester but it will take you longer to finish your program and get your degree. If you are an international student you must always be enrolled full-time in 24 units each semester.
Remember you will need to enrol in courses for both First Semester and Second Semester. You will be able to change your enrolment in courses up until the end of Week 2 of each semester without penalty.

Electives

If you seek any course advice, please discuss with the CBE academic
advisers or your program convener, Dr Andrew Bradly. His consultation
sessions are on Mondays 2 - 4pm and he can also be available upon
request (either in person
or via phone).
