Program Requirements
The Master of Business Administration requires the completion of 72 units, which must consist of:
72 units from from completion of the following compulsory courses:
Management Core Specialisation
Management Essentials Specialisation
Business Essentials Specialisation
Admission Requirements
Minimum 5 years of work experience (including at least 3 years of documented management experience), with at least one of the following qualifications/tests:
A Bachelor degree or international equivalent with a minimum GPA of 5.0/7.0
Or a Graduate Certificate of Management with a minimum GPA of 5.0/7.0
Or a minimum GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) score of 600 or higher.
English Language Requirements
All applicants must meet the University’s English Language Admission Requirements for Students.
Assessment of Qualifications
Unless otherwise indicated, ANU will accept all Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) qualifications or international equivalents that meet or exceed the published admission requirements of our programs, provided all other admission requirements are also met. Where an applicant has more than one completed tertiary qualification, ANU will base assessment on the qualification that best meets the admission requirements for the program. ANU uses a 7-point Grade Point Average (GPA) scale. All qualifications submitted for admission at ANU will be converted to this common scale, which will determine if an applicant meets our published admission requirements. Unless otherwise indicated, where an applicant has more than one completed tertiary qualification, ANU will calculate the GPA for each qualification separately. ANU will base assessment on the best GPA of all completed tertiary qualifications of the same level or higher.

Application

The MBA and MBA (Advanced) programs will be
commencing in Semester 1 (February) only each year. Applications for
Semester 2 (July) commencement will not be accepted.
For Semester 1 2019 intake please refer to the following application dates.
· First round applications – deadline is 16 September 2018 (11:59pm Australian Eastern Standard Time). Applicants will be notified of the outcome for both admission and scholarship by mid October 2018.
· Second round applications – deadline is 28 October 2018 (11:59pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time). Applicants will be notified of the outcome for both admission and scholarship by late November 2018.
Acceptance

If you are successful in receiving an offer, the acceptance
deadlines for both admission and scholarship for the Semester 1 2019 intake
are:
· For round one applicants – 28 October 2018 (11:59pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time)
· For round two applicants – 9 December 2018 (11:59pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time)

Program
commencement
Please note that the MBA and MBA (Advanced) programs commence in
O-Week each year, commencing Monday 18 February in 2019.
Application materials
Applicants must complete this CV template to provide
employment history (duties, responsibilities, hours, name and nature of
employer). Applicants must also provide two referee reports/letters. A
personal interview (in person or phone) may be required to confirm work
experience and referees may be contacted. Please provide the completed CV
template and two referee reports/letters as one PDF and upload it with your
application.
Incomplete applications will not be considered. If the CV template does not detail your employment history clearly, especially with respect to professional and managerial experience, your application will be deemed incomplete.
Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT)
Applicants without a completed Bachelor's degree (with a GPA of 5.0/7.0)
can apply for admission using their GMAT score of 600 or above. Applicants must
also satisfy the minimum 5 years work experience (including at least 3 years
documented management experience) requirement.
