Business cannot operate without the essential inputs and essential ecosystem services that are provided by the natural environment, and so its treatment of the natural environment is one of the two keys to the sustainability of business. This course builds on MGMT2001 to give students a deeper understanding of the interrelationship between business and the natural environment, and how that relationship is best managed by business. Topics include the impact of climate change on business, best practice in environmental management systems, resource-constraint-driven innovation, and environmental risk management.

- Communicate these policies and strategies both in writing and verbally to both internal and external stakeholders to engender support for environmentally-sustainable outcomes.

Workload
