The advanced Ancient Greek minor provides students the opportunity to expand their proficiency in the Ancient Greek language, improving their grammar and ability to engage with unexpurgated Ancient Greek texts.

- become acquainted with and extend your command ofAncient Greek grammar and vocabulary; to enable you to increase your ability toread Ancient Greek with pleasure and understanding: some texts at sight, anytexts with the aid of dictionaries, grammars, translations, and textual notes;
- develop skills in reading Ancient Greek, beginningwith the study of simplified texts and moving to focussed examination offoundational texts of the Greek and the Greco-Roman world;
